The QH150Q/300Q/450Q/600Q jelly candy production line is developed by the advanced production technology based on the market demand of jelly candies with multiple shapes or colors. As the ideal equipment to continuously produce high class jelly candies, our product can produce QQ candies with single or double colors. High-quality jelly candies with various shapes and colors can also be made by replacing the moulds or pouring head. The quantitative filling and mixing of essences, pigments and acid liquor can be completed on line. The highly automatic production can not only produce candies with stable quality but also save manpower and space so as to reduce production costs.

In order to meet the needs of different customers, our company provides four types of jelly candy production line with the standard production capacity of 150kg/h, 300kg/h, 450kg/h and 600kg/h. With the length of 17m or 18m, our product can complete the whole process of sugar dissolving, filtering, cooking, cooling, adding additives, pouring, stripping and packaging. It can produce candies weighing 2 to 8g. To ensure the stable operation as well as long life, the equipment should work in environment with the temperature of 20-25 ℃ and the humidity of 55%.
